Anti-Money-Laundering & Know-Your-Customer Policy

Last updated: 2 May 2026

Rapid-App.net is committed to preventing the use of its service for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any other unlawful activity. We apply this policy to every customer and every transaction.

1. Customer due diligence

You may be required to verify your identity at one or more of the following points: before subscribing to a plan above a stated value, before making a withdrawal above a stated threshold, before making cumulative withdrawals exceeding a stated cap in a rolling period, or at any time at our reasonable discretion.

Acceptable documents include a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driving licence) and a recent utility bill or bank statement (no more than three months old) confirming your residential address.

2. Source of funds

For higher-value subscriptions or where flagged by our risk model we may request information about the source of funds used to pay. You must answer truthfully. False or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and reporting to authorities.

3. Sanctions screening

We do not knowingly provide service to persons or entities listed on UK, EU, US (OFAC), or UN sanctions lists, or to residents of comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions. We screen customer details against published sanctions lists during onboarding and on an ongoing basis. Where a positive match is found we will freeze the account and report to the UK National Crime Agency where required by law.

4. Suspicious activity reporting

Activity that has no apparent commercial rationale, that is unusually structured, or that otherwise meets the suspicion test under UK Money Laundering Regulations 2017 will be reported to the National Crime Agency as a Suspicious Activity Report. We are prohibited by law from informing the customer that a report has been made.

5. Record retention

Verification documents, screening results, and transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, in line with regulation 40 of the UK Money Laundering Regulations 2017.

6. Customer cooperation

You agree to provide reasonable cooperation with any verification request or compliance enquiry. Failure to do so within fourteen (14) days of the request being made may result in your account being suspended or closed and any pending withdrawals being put on hold.
