Risk Disclosure

Last updated: 2 May 2026

Rapid-App.net is a cloud-hosted hashrate rental service. By renting hashrate from us, you accept the risks set out below. Read this disclosure before subscribing.

1. Mining output is not fixed

The amount of cryptocurrency produced by a rented allocation depends on live network difficulty, the spot price of the asset being mined, and operating energy cost. None of these variables are under Rapid-App.net's control. Past output, sample figures, and illustrative dashboards are not forecasts of future output.

2. Crypto-asset price risk

Mining proceeds are paid in the cryptocurrency that the rented allocation produces. The value of those proceeds may rise or fall sharply between the moment they are credited and the moment you withdraw or convert them. Rapid-App.net does not hedge this exposure on your behalf.

3. Network and protocol risk

Mining algorithms, block rewards, and network rules can change. A protocol upgrade or a difficulty re-target may reduce the output of a given allocation type with little notice. Where feasible, we will migrate hashrate to a comparable service; where not feasible, the affected subscription may be paused or refunded pro-rata.

4. Operational risk

Hosted hardware can suffer power, cooling, network, or component failures. We target a 99.9% uptime objective but do not insure mining proceeds lost during downtime, and an "uptime objective" is a target, not a guarantee.

5. Regulatory risk

Cryptocurrency mining and the holding of crypto assets are regulated differently across jurisdictions and the rules continue to evolve. You are solely responsible for confirming that operating a hashrate subscription is permitted where you reside, and for declaring mining proceeds for tax purposes in your country of residence.

6. No investment advice

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Rapid-App.net does not promise a return, profit, or yield. Subscribe only with funds you can afford to lose.

7. Custody

Mining proceeds are credited to your in-app wallet and can be withdrawn to an external blockchain address that you control at any time, subject to our verification checks. Rapid-App.net is not a custodian for the purpose of holding fiat money or carrying out any regulated custody activity, and does not loan, lend, or rehypothecate user balances.

8. No deposit guarantee scheme

Funds held in your in-app wallet are not protected by any government deposit-guarantee scheme, including the UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme. If Rapid-App.net becomes insolvent, you may lose all or part of your funds.
