This policy explains how to cancel an active subscription on Rapid-App.net, when refunds are available, and how the process works.
If you are a consumer (not acting in the course of a business) and you live in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel a new subscription within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We will refund the subscription price less the value of any mining output already credited to you and any third-party network or payment-gateway fees we have incurred on your behalf. To exercise this right, send a clear cancellation notice to compliance@rapid-app.net within 14 days of subscribing.
The cooling-off right is lost when you have actively used the subscription and explicitly acknowledged that this loss happens. Most users start receiving mining output the day after subscribing, so the 14-day window typically closes earlier in practice.
You may cancel any active subscription at any time. We will refund the unused portion of the subscription on a pro-rata basis (full days remaining ÷ total days in the plan), less:
The cryptocurrency credited to your in-app wallet through mining is yours and can be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification (see our AML & KYC Policy). Withdrawals are not refunds and are not subject to this policy.
Refunds are issued to the same wallet address or payment method you used for the original purchase, in the same cryptocurrency, within 14 calendar days of the cancellation being accepted. We are not responsible for fluctuations in the fiat value of cryptocurrency between the original purchase and the refund.
If you have a concern about a charge, contact us at compliance@rapid-app.net first. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 14. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.
If you are not satisfied with our handling of a refund request, you may escalate the complaint in writing to compliance@rapid-app.net. Our final response will be issued within 30 days. UK and EU consumers retain all statutory rights, which this policy does not affect.
