Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 May 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services operated under the name "Rapid-App.net" ("Rapid-App.net", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms in full.

1. About the service

Rapid-App.net offers cloud-hosted hashrate rental ("the Service"). When you subscribe to a plan you rent a portion of mining capacity for a defined period and receive the cryptocurrency output produced during that period, less the operator's stated fee.

You are renting a service. You are not buying mining hardware, shares, securities, or any equity in Rapid-App.net.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence, and not resident in a country subject to comprehensive sanctions (currently including but not limited to Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Crimea, the so-called "DNR/LNR" regions, and any other jurisdictions added by UK, EU, US (OFAC), or UN sanctions lists from time to time).

3. Account registration and security

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at compliance@rapid-app.net if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions, payments and output

Plan prices, durations, and stated output rates are shown at the point of subscription. Mining output depends on real-world variables outside our control (network difficulty, asset price, energy availability) and the displayed rate is an expectation, not a guarantee. Past output is not indicative of future output.

Payments are credited to your in-app deposit wallet. Mining output is credited to your interest wallet during the active subscription period. Both balances may be withdrawn to an external wallet address you control, subject to our verification checks.

5. Withdrawals and verification

We may require identity verification (see our AML & KYC Policy) before processing withdrawals above a stated threshold. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stated at the time of the request. Network fees charged by external blockchains are passed through to you and disclosed before you confirm.

6. No investment, financial, tax, or legal advice

Nothing on Rapid-App.net constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. We do not promise a profit, return, yield, or any specific level of output. Subscribe only with funds you can afford to lose.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to break any law, attempt to circumvent sanctions, launder funds, register multiple accounts to abuse referral or bonus systems, attack our infrastructure, or impersonate another person.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account where required by law, where we suspect breach of these Terms, where verification fails, or where activity poses a risk to other users or the Service. We will notify you and, where lawful, give you a reasonable opportunity to respond.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid for active subscriptions in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of cryptocurrency caused by your own actions (lost passwords, wrong wallet addresses, scams against you by third parties), or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

10. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may change the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the dashboard at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the change. If you do not accept it, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of London (England) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except that you may bring proceedings in any other jurisdiction where this is required by mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence.
